It seems that the seller has made great efforts to document the violin.
A competent liuthier/restorer/appraiser in London issued C.O.A.
I do not claim to be 'expert' but would trust the information as correct.
Never before have I seen so much confusion over such things, except the Stuart Pollens / Messiah Stradivari / Dealer controversy.
Roger Hargrave said in one interview that the "violin business" stank worse than "carpet traders". I think Hargrave was right.

Non ho la pretesa di essere 'esperti', ma sarebbe fiducia le informazioni come corrette.
Non ho mai visto tanta confusione su queste cose, tranne i pollini Stuart / Messia Stradivari / polemiche dei commercianti.
Roger Hargrave ha detto in una intervista che l'azienda "violino" puzzava peggio di "commercianti di tappeti". Credo che Hargrave aveva ragione.
