Claudio
I am about to mount the back. I found out there is a very tiny (about .3 mm)opeining between ribs and plate due to cross borderline during hollowing. What I should about it?
My thought are:
1. leave it as it is( I do not think leaking is any problem?)
2. using glue to seal it
3. using tiny maple pad to seal it ?
any thoughts will be much appreciated

Thanks Claudio.
I mounted the back Sunday night, removed the mould last night. the tiny opening hole seems ok at this stage.
Should I remove the glue in and outside of the box? How if the answer is yes?

Wah, this is the first time I ever know I could use the ratio of 1:4 for the hide glue. I definitely use that for the top. How about later on neck and fingerboard?
Claudio, could this too thick the glue affect the tone? and what do you suggest for inside coating? that is to say what kind of coating you will suggest?

Claudio, do you always coat the inside with dilute glue? Do you ever use glair (eggwhite) or anything else instead? Do you ever leave it uncoated?
I was taught to leave it uncoated, but since I was also told to wash the excess glue off with water (instead of scraping it), much of the inside would get VERY dilute glue on it, inadvertantly.
